Camp Coyote

Camp Coyote is Enchantment Resort's program designed to educate and entertain children ages 4-12. Trained counselors guide camp-goers in exciting activities that explore the region's culture and natural environment.

Each day at this Arizona family resort has a different theme with corresponding events, including:

• Tipi Mondays
• Earth-Friendly Tuesdays
• Canyon Creations Wednesdays
• Athletic Thursdays
• Tribal Fridays
• Solar System Saturdays
• Cooperative Sundays

Highlights include nature walks, sculpting pottery, star gazing, obstacle courses and painting. Native American-influenced arts and crafts include sand painting, beadwork, weaving dream catchers and designing arrowhead necklaces. There are also scavenger hunts, outdoor games and Southwestern-inspired cooking classes.

Nature adventures teach children about Boynton Canyon's plants, insects, mule and white-tailed deer, jackrabbits, and other inhabitants. In the summer, kids can cool off with dive-in movies in the pool, swimming and pool games.
