Ballrooms

Enchantment Resort’s meeting facilities are just as breathtaking as their spectacular Sedona setting, and are matched by the excellent cuisine prepared for your event. Conveniently located within the Meeting Village, the three ballrooms accommodate up to 540 people — while four elegant boardrooms cater to smaller groups seeking meetings in Sedona — and are all characterized by sophisticated Southwestern decor, floor-to-ceiling windows and cutting-edge technology.

Anasazi

Accommodates 80 to 540 people
Offering 5,100 square feet of private event space and state-of-the-art technology, Anasazi is Enchantment Resort's largest meeting room. The stunning space can accommodate up to 320 people seated at tables or more than 500 set up with theater-style seating. The building divides into three configurations, with floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls that provide a dramatic setting for any event.

Agave

Accommodates 60 to 288 people
Agave encompasses 2,800 sq. ft. and makes an ideal ballroom as well as corporate meeting room, providing space for 168 people at tables or 288 with theater-style seating. The large courtyard is perfect for outdoor events, a popular option with Sedona's idyllic summer weather.

Ocotillo

Accommodates 40 to 140 people
With 2,760 sq. ft., the Ocotillo is another medium sized meeting area featuring a small patio that's perfect for pre-dinner cocktails while enjoying the view.
