Fresh from the Garden

Enchantment Resort and the Mii amo destination spa have a vegetable and herb garden on property. Composting kitchen scraps and landscape cuttings helps sustain the gardening effort. Guests are able to enjoy weekly gardening and composting classes, and many of the garden's vegetables are used in Mii amo's cuisine and in cooking demonstrations that take place three times a week.
