Featuring contemporary and intelligent cuisine, the Mii amo Café is exclusively open to resort guests and serves three meals daily with a continuously changing menu. Naturally, the emphasis is on fresh and nutritious ingredients from organic sources, served with herbs, chili peppers and heirloom tomatoes from the spa chef's own garden. The wine list includes premium selections and even some renowned organic wines. Along with indoor and outdoor seating and the option of joining others at the communal table, guests can also enjoy a Journey Of Teas exploration or a cooking class at the exhibition-style kitchen.
