This presentation will explore essential oils from their extraction to their uses in healing and wellness, and then delve deeper into the energetic nature of the oils. As we experience each oil we will uncover the human archetype that the oil corresponds to and start to appreciate the wealth of information that is contained within each little bottle. The talk will be brought to life with brief readings of members of the audience, based on their selection of bottles.

Private sessions for a personalized calligraphic portrait for individuals, couples or families are available April 2nd thru April 4th from 9 to 5 pm in the Mii amo library.
Presented by Alok Hsu Kwang-han
Alok is a highly original Zen Calligraphic painter from China whose work has been internationally celebrated at the Swedish National Museum of Ethnography, the Seattle Asian Art Museum, the Great Hall of Exhibition in Shanghai, and other venues. He has taught sociology of religion and psychology of transcendence and in China translated and published 20 books on meditation. Among his many accomplishments, he is best known for his singular work of creating Zen Calligraphic Portraits plus exploration sessions for individuals, couples, families and organizations.
