MII AMO CAFÉ
Our culinary approach is to use fresh, wholesome, high quality ingredients, infusing them with natural, imaginative flavors.
The Café will be undergoing renovations from Sunday, November 26th through Thursday, November 30th and have modified hours.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, Mii amo Café offers private seating plus a 16-seat community table where spa guests can meet new friends and enjoy the delicious intelligent cuisine. The exhibition-style kitchen showcases Mii amo Café's own style of contemporary eclectic cuisine. Organic ingredients from local sources, as well as the chef's garden adjacent to the spa are used whenever possible.
Must be a guest of Enchantment Resort or Mii amo to dine. Mii amo’s facilities, including the Café, are open to guests ages 16 and older.

Additionally, the steam rooms in Mii amo’s men’s and women’s lounges will be out of service from Sunday, November 26th through Tuesday, November 28th. Please let us know if we can do anything to make your spa experience more comfortable during this period.
Alexander Pasco was appointed Chef of Mii amo, a destination spa in September 2014. He joined the Mii amo team in August 2013 as a line cook and quickly rose to the position of sous chef. Chef Pasco oversees all culinary operations, including menu creation for Mii amo Café, the Juice Bar, in-suite dining and special events.
"It's about quality, not quantity, and it's the provenance of the ingredients that makes Mii amo's food so fulfilling," says Chef Pasco. "You can lose a lot of the fat without losing the flavor. I see our menus as a smart and healthy way to eat every day, and hopefully we inspire our guests to do just that."
A native of Scottsdale, Arizona, Alex is a graduate of ASU in Tempe and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale. He began his culinary career as a member of the opening staff of Orange Sky at Talking Stick Resort, noted as one of Phoenix's top ten restaurants by the Arizona Republic. From there he traveled to Napa Valley and San Francisco to hone his culinary skills, most recently at Twenty Five Lusk, voted one of Esquire magazine's Top 20 Best New Restaurants of the Year in 2011.
