From cardio machines to free weights to bands and balls, after this session you will feel comfortable walking into any gym and enjoying a great workout.

Often referred to as the "power house" of the body, a strong and balanced core provides symmetry, strength and balance for daily activities and athletic pursuits. Using Pilates principles, you will work with one of our certified personal trainers to build, lengthen and strengthen your core muscles as well as improve overall balance and stability. At the conclusion of the session, your trainer will provide you with a customized program to help you continue your progress at home. Please indicate if you want to learn mat or reformer techniques at the time of booking. This session may be booked individually or as a "shared session" for two.
