Valued guests: We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls. Your travel plans are very important to us and we want to ensure all guests receive a timely response. If you would like to modify or cancel an existing reservation and your stay is not within the next 30 days, we kindly ask that you complete the form below and one of our team members will be in touch with you at our earliest opportunity.
A message about the Coronavirus (COVID-19):
The wellbeing of our guests and team members has been, and will continue to be, our highest priority. We want you to travel with confidence knowing Enchantment Resort is open and taking precautionary measures to ensure the utmost safety of our guests and team members through an increased frequency of deep cleaning, team education and by following guidance issued by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and other government authorities.
Our actions to date include:
- Increasing the frequency and rigor of cleaning and sanitization in all resort guest rooms, public spaces and office environments.
- Enhanced cleaning products added to our cleaning procedures to include an EPA approved, hospital-grade disinfecting agent proven to eliminate the threat of viruses.
- All team members have been educated on the virus and healthy travel practices.
- For a limited time, all cancellation and rebooking fees will be waived for those traveling outbound from destinations with risk of community spread,* including those impacted by the 30-day federal ban on outbound travel from continental Europe, up to 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests traveling from all other destinations, we are waiving all rebooking fees up to 90 days prior to arrival.
