A Chef’s Collaboration Dinner featuring
Rutledge & Vine

December 4, 2025 at 6 pm

Set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of Boynton Canyon, we invite you to indulge in a five-course dining experience. This exclusive evening brings together two visionary chefs — Chef Nathan Rich of the award-winning Twin Farms in Vermont, and Chef Matias Caceres of Enchantment for a collaborative menu that blends refined seasonal flavors with global inspiration all thoughtfully expressed through locally sourced ingredients and artful technique.

Adding to the evening’s distinction, each course will be thoughtfully paired with selections from Rutledge & Vine, recognized by Robb Report as the producer of one of “The 50 Greatest Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons of the 21st Century.” These wines have been carefully selected by fourth-generation Napa Valley winemaker Robert Mondavi, Jr. and Lydia Mondavi, whose deep-rooted legacy and innovative approach continue to define a new era of Napa Valley winemaking. We are honored to host them for this special evening.

Rutledge & Vine: A Long Tradition of Making Great Wines

Robert Mondavi, Jr, (Rob) is a fourth-generation winemaker and executive with over 27 years of experience crafting and developing iconic wines. 2014 marked the first vintage of Rob and Lydia Mondavi’s Rutledge & Vine wines, quietly released each year and shared with family, friends and connected wine aficionados.

James Suckling consistently ranks the wines 96 plus and placed Rutledge & Vine in the top 100. In December of 2024, Robb Report recognized Rob’s affable personality and passion for wine, naming him a “Rockstar winemaker” and ranked his Rutledge & Vine #36 of the best Cabernet Sauvignons of the 21st century. Along with his winemaking for select clients like American icon John Elway and Japanese musical treasure Yoshiki, Rob also oversees the family’s most precious wines.

Rob, his wife Lydia, and their two boys are based in Napa Valley and cherish their time there and enjoy time at their beach house in Beaufort, South Carolina. Rob is an avid outdoorsman and steward of the land, enjoying inshore fishing and supporting their sons with their falconry pursuits.
