Our Sedona resort features three ballrooms featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, accommodating up to 540 people. Three elegant meeting rooms cater to smaller groups and are complemented by sophisticated Southwestern décor and cutting-edge technology. An additional executive boardroom is located in the main resort area.

On the far north end of the resort’s 70-acre setting, this secluded area is perfect for evening arrival or departure events. Surrounded by the red rock walls of Boynton Canyon, Enchantment Circle is an ideal location to gather underneath the star-studded Arizona desert sky.
Offering 5,100 square feet of private event space and state-of-the-art technology, the Anasazi Ballroom is Enchantment’s largest meeting venue. The stunning space can accommodate up to 320 people seated at tables and over 500 guests in a theater-style seating arrangement. The ballroom is divisible into three configurations and offers floor-to-ceiling windows along two walls that provide a dramatic setting for any event.
The Agave Ballroom encompasses 2,800 square feet and is ideal for social gatherings as well as corporate meetings. With space for 168 guests at tables or 288 in a theater-style seating configuration, Agave also features a terrace and a large courtyard that is perfect for outdoor events.
Offering 1,760 square feet of elegant meeting space, the Ocotillo Ballroom is a medium-sized meeting venue perfect for exclusive meetings and can be set as requested. The adjacent patio is ideal for après dinner cocktail events.
Showcasing a custom 25-foot conference table as a focal piece made from a single Juniper tree, this boardroom features a handcrafted sideboard which accents two walls of windows, fireplace, and a drop screen. Designed specifically for this room, the table has pop-ups in the center and glideaways in the sides for electronics.
Conveniently located within our Meeting Village, this space is ideal for planning meetings, office space and impromptu breakouts.
The Juniper House sits at the front of the Meeting Village and is the perfect location for group arrivals, an activity departure point or trip director office. With an inviting fireplace, windows and open wood beamed ceilings, this can also serve as an intimate venue for small banquets or meetings.
