Executive Chef - Matias Caceres
Chef Matias oversees the culinary program at Enchantment Resort, creating unforgettable dining experiences at both Che Ah Chi, Tii Gavo, The Edge and The Market. His culinary approach lies in allowing high-quality ingredients to shine, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced produce and meats that reflect the rich history and diversity of the region. A native of Argentina with 15 years of fine dining and luxury resort experience, he joined the Enchantment team in 2024 from Rancho Bernardo Inn. Chef Matias welcomes guests to experience the unique flavors at each of the resort’s dining outlets surrounded by the natural beauty of Boynton Canyon.
Che Ah Chi
Enjoy breathtaking canyon views and modern American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Che Ah Chi, which aptly translates to “red rocks.” For an elevated evening dining experience, Che Ah Chi offers an extensive wine list and an array of entrées inspired by the surrounding landscape.
Tii Gavo
In our casual Southwestern restaurant, Tii Gavo, meaning “gathering place,” you may enjoy dinner indoors or al fresco by the inviting firepit.
