Che Ah Chi
For many years, Che Ah Chi has been at the heart of the Enchantment dining experience, bringing guests together for special celebrations, memorable meals and unforgettable sunsets against the breathtaking backdrop of Boynton Canyon. Through the years, it has been a special place where lasting memories have been made, and we are sincerely grateful to the generations of guests who have gathered around our tables and made Che Ah Chi part of their Sedona story.
Che Ah Chi will close on October 19, 2026, as we begin an exciting transformation of the resort dining experiences. In 2027, we look forward to introducing new dining concepts that honor this extraordinary setting while also offering something entirely new. We look forward to sharing more in the months ahead.
Tii Gavo
In our casual Southwestern restaurant, Tii Gavo, meaning “gathering place,” you may enjoy dinner indoors or al fresco by the inviting firepit.
Executive Chef - Matias Caceres
Chef Matias oversees the culinary program at Enchantment Resort, creating unforgettable dining experiences at both Che Ah Chi, Tii Gavo, The Edge and The Market. His culinary approach lies in allowing high-quality ingredients to shine, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced produce and meats that reflect the rich history and diversity of the region. A native of Argentina with 15 years of fine dining and luxury resort experience, he joined the Enchantment team in 2024 from Rancho Bernardo Inn. Chef Matias welcomes guests to experience the unique flavors at each of the resort’s dining outlets surrounded by the natural beauty of Boynton Canyon.

Enchantment guests are welcome to dine with advanced reservation at Mii amo’s signature restaurant, Hummingbird, offering seasonal menus with subtle touches from around the globe. For reservations, please dial 7724 from your guestroom phone.
The Market
The Market features quick bites for breakfast and lunch including pastries, sandwiches, salads, snacks, and a selection of hot and cold beverages. To be enjoyed on the patio with views of Boynton Canyon or packed as a picnic.
The Edge
Nestled into the corner of Enchantment’s pool deck, The Edge is our open-air dining experience — where canyon views frame every meal, from poolside lunches to craft cocktails and American cuisine into the evening. Covered seating, a dedicated kitchen and bar, and Boynton Canyon as your backdrop.
