Che Ah Chi
Enjoy stunning Canyon views and modern American cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner in Che Ah Chi, which aptly translates to “red rocks.” Our more upscale dining experience for evening, Che Ah Chi presents an extensive wine list and entrées with nods to our location – from Pepita Dusted Seabass to Juniper Honey Duck Breast. Reservations are recommended.
In our casual Southwestern restaurant, Tii Gavo, meaning “gathering place,” you may enjoy dinner indoors or al fresco by the inviting firepit.
The Market features quick bites for breakfast and lunch including pastries, sandwiches, salads, snacks, and a selection of hot and cold beverages. To be enjoyed on the patio with views of Boynton Canyon or packed as a picnic.
Enjoy a refreshing cocktail and casual American fare poolside at the Enchantment pool bar. Featuring fresh smoothies, salads, sandwiches, and assorted refreshments.
