Puerto Rican native Executive Chef José Martinez inspires guests of Enchantment Resort through regional fare accented with seasonal, indigenous ingredients. Appointed in April 2018 and recently featured at the James Beard House in New York City, Chef José Martinez brings over 20 years of experience at award-winning resorts across the country. Martinez lends his expertise and distinctive point of view to the resort’s culinary direction, including the oversight of four celebrated restaurant concepts—Che Ah Chi, Tii Gavo, View 180 and Mii amo Dining.
